The external auditor Ernst & Young, commissioned by SVM Rijk, investigated the extent to which Microsoft was complying with contractually agreed restrictions regarding profiling during the period from July 1 to September 30 2020. On March 17, Ernst & Young delivered its findings in the report “Assurance report on profiling restrictions with regard to Microsoft’s Office 365 ProPlus”.
